Taking a boat ride today we came across somthing...Something a bit different. A large deer laying dead in the water. With no apparent wounds or injuries it made me wonder just what it was that killed him. Sporting 7 points and some realy good mass in his horns it appeared to me to be a mature buck. I made the coment that "Thats what happens to the good ones" a realy good friend replied "I sure hope not". Talking about two completly different things it could apply to many different things in life. It seems that when a deer of that magnitude reaches his prime they just dissapear. As he layed there lifeless and wet I couldnt help to think how he could have created alot of smiles for someone and yet he never got that chance. He for what ever reason completed his life with no one there to enjoy what he had to offer....
